PRODUCT
There is an awkward moment: nobody knew anything about Konstantin Kreutz before 2017.

Launch campaign started on the free service Airbnb. We placed a rental listing: >800m2 apartment in the middle of tourist season in St. Petersburg. We've sent the screenshots of the listing to the journalists, with the title «The most expensive flat to rent on Airbnb». After that we got more than 20 publications in the main local media / 3 times mention on TV, story went viral on social media.

The biggest speakeasy restaurant in Russia.
Stylised as a huge apartment, Kreutz Flat is a main mistification in gastronomic life of Saint-Petersburg.
Later we invited Manizha (famous Russian DIY music artist) to "rent" the apartment. Kreutz Flat invited celebrities and opinion leaders to a small flat-party by Manizha.

The entrance to Kreutz Flat looks like the typical Russian multi apartment house. With the ordinary elevator, on a fifth floor. The ordinary flat door was placed with the other ones in the typical common hall. Hence, after one knocks the door and gets an invitation to come in, he or she enters a huge flat with old fashioned furniture, works of modern and contemporary artist and a giant atrium above the heads for the concerts and special events scene.
